The "Lower Property"

Until 2007, these grounds were owned by a wilderness training organization.  A Place Apart has completed minor renovations and now staffs the property with a caretaker who is also a wilderness trainer.

The cottage house can comfortably sleep four people in two bedrooms.  The attached yurt is a unique hexagonal space, overlooking the wooded hillside behind the cottage house; it is an ideal sanctuary for meetings and worship.  The barn includes office & meeting space, and the stable provides space for gardening equipment and potentially for livestock.
